ABOUT OUR COMPANY
OUR PHILOSPHY
The driving focus of our philosophy is to design environments where people enjoy spending time and smiling. We strive to design spaces, alongside our clients, which are both beautiful and functional. Since the space is for you, our client, we want you to be a part of the design process, so that ultimately the space works for you.

We achieve this through working together to create a concept, and then executing it with an emphasis on precise attention to detail, connection of materials, space, people, and function. We pride ourselves on our distinct design language and ability to connect our design in a respectful manner to the surrounding environment of the project. As a result, each one of our projects flows with design, function, people, energy, and smiles.

ABOUT ERIC (FOUNDER & CEO)
I was born and raised in New York. For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to be an architect. I attended the University of Kansas for their unique and recognized Master of Architecture Program. I received a Master of Architecture, with a Minor in Business, and a Certificate in Historic Preservation; a program which I helped to pioneer.
During this time, I also studied abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark where I discovered a passion for furniture design, learned to appreciate the concept of total design as a system, and developed an extreme attention to detail. I also learned how historic and modern architecture can live side by side without sacrificing dignity while preserving total integrity to all parties. Additionally, I had the opportunity to take part in internships in Saint Louis, Missouri and Jerusalem, Israel with award winning firms whose main focus is on Historic Architecture.
In my final year of school, I took part in the University’s world-renowned Studio 804 Design-Build Program. In this program sixteen classmates and I set out under the instruction of our professor to completely design and build, by ourselves, a modern, sustainable LEED Platinum certified, and handicap accessible fully integrated smart home. Over the course of nine months, we purchased the lot, made up all of the drawings, submitted to the city, and performed all of the construction and fabrication work ourselves. This project became the winner of the 2018 Residential Architect Design Awards for Custom Home Less Than 3,000 Square Feet by Architect Magazine, The Journal of the American Institute of Architects. It has also been featured in other publications such as ArchDaily, Dwell, and Archello. It is my belief I cannot tell someone else to build something if I do not know how to build it myself.

I have worked for Architecture firms not only in New York, but around the globe. In Tel Aviv, Israel I worked for a firm which specialized in public architecture. I have worked on and completed projects of all types from private residences to offices to theaters to hospitality projects and more.
I am interested in both the natural and built landscapes, and desire to explore them all. In my free time I love to explore, travel, hike, bike, see the world, meet new people, and create new connections. I am extremely active, and have hiked and biked (single speed) across entire countries. I believe every place can be a special place. I welcome the opportunity to join my passion for architecture with your vision in order to turn your project into a reality.
